KOSMEO — Start a Return or Size Exchange

Size exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must meet the eligibility requirements in our Returns & Size Exchange Policy. Customers are responsible for return postage to Kosmeo. For the first eligible Australian size exchange, Kosmeo will cover the cost of shipping the replacement size back to you. Any additional size exchanges are at the customer's shipping expense. Replacement sizes are subject to availability.

Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order and meet our return eligibility requirements. Customers are responsible for return postage. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please provide details of the issue in the box above, and email clear photos of the item to info@kosmeo.com.au, including your order number in the subject line. We'll review your request and contact you with the next steps. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by Kosmeo's voluntary returns policy.
